Ignorance is bliss

Sometimes knowing too much overwhelms you with thoughts and you can’t seem to stop thinking about a particular issue. Then you’d wish you never knew.

The term does not necessarily mean ignorant of literal surroundings or events but instead ignorant of worries and suffering.

Now, I am left perplexed, exactly what was it about the situation that left me worried and suffering?

I think, I felt I had been lied too, betrayed. I don't even think this was about jealousy, I think this was more about honesty and how I felt I wasn't getting it.

Shock and Awe

I was raised as a Southern Christian and have become somewhat Agnostic. My father is Southern Baptist, my mother is Pentecostal. Religion is one of the topics because we all have such impassioned thoughts about, we all vehemently avoid.

I do not advocate Atheism, however, this has got to be one of the best answers I have ever heard for it's defense.
